Georgia's electronic toll system, Peach Pass, facilitates travel on high-occupancy vehicle (HOV) lanes and express lanes along interstates I-75, I-85, and I-575 within the Atlanta metropolitan area. These are all electronic and do not accept cash payments. Also, a video toll system doesn’t exist in Georgia.
What to do if a toll is missed in Georgia?
Failing to pay the required toll on a toll road is a breach of O.C.G.A. § 32-10-64 (c)(1). When this occurs, the registered vehicle owner must promptly pay the State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA) the owed toll and an additional $25 administrative fee per violation to offset collection costs.
