How to pay missed toll in Louisiana
You could received a toll violation by Louisiana DOTD[1] for one of the following reasons:
- The tolling equipment could not read your transponder (only GeauxPass is accepted in Louisiana; other transponders are not valid)
- The vehicle had a license plate that is not registered on your account
- You have insufficient funds in your GeauxPass account
GeauxPass holders can pay missed toll online[2] or call at 1-866-662-8987 for details.
Those without GeauxPass are advised to follow the instruction in the invoice. You can send toll violation payment to the following address:

To dispute the toll violation, you must submit an applicatoin in writing to the address on the violation notice. Drivers who do not pay missed tolls will be flagged in the system. Misclassification of any vehicle or underpaying any toll will also result in a violation of the system and could invite additional applicable service fee(s).
